Payment

What types of payment do you accept?

You can pay using the following methods:
VISA
MasterCard
MobilePay

You are only charged for the purchase once the product is shipped from Weddings by Gudnitz. However, your card issuer or bank may choose to hold the amount due to avoid an overdraft. We will never withdraw a larger amount than you have approved for your order. All prices include VAT.

Is it safe to shop online?

If you pay by card, you are always protected against misuse. There is no excess if your card is misused. Thus, you are more secure than in a physical shop. The information you share when paying by card is encrypted (SSL). Neither Weddings by Gudnitz nor third parties can access your card data.

Orders and delivery

Can I collect my order with you?

We only have the online shop and there is no physical store or showroom in which to try on, collect, or exchange products.

Does my order have a Track & Trance number?

All orders have Track & Trace. You will receive an e-mail with the Track & Trace number once the package is shipped.

I can’t track my package. Is something wrong?

Please note that in most cases, you will only be able to track your order when the distributor has scanned the parcel – this will normally be on the evening of the day you receive the tracking number.

Do you ship on Saturdays?

We ship orders from our stock Mondays to Fridays.

Do you ship to South America or Asia?

We ship worldwide.

Exchanges and returns

I’ve received my order, but the product is damaged

Please fill out the return form, which is included when you receive your order. Pack the product securely, and use the return label on the parcel. When returning a damaged product, Weddings by Gudnitz will send a new product free of charge.

How do I exchange a product?

If you wish to return one or more products, you must return the parcel within two weeks of receiving it. When you return a product, we ask you to enclose the return form, included in the original package. If you’ve lost the return form, please contact us at info@weddingsbygudnitz.com. Shipping costs will be at your own expense, and we recommend using the return label, which is included when you receive your package. We process all returns as soon as possible.

How do I get a refund?

Once we’ve received your return package, we will send you an email notification that we have transferred the amount of the receive products. All refunds will be made to the original payment method. Please expect 2-5 working days before the refund is shown on your account. Using MasterCard, you might have a credit agreement, which means that the refund will only be shown at the next credit period. Your card issuer or bank will have more information about this. Please check your spam folder if you do not receive a confirmation email.

Do you have a physical shop?

No, we only have the web shop and keep our inventory at our address, and we do not have a showroom in which to try on, collect, or exchange products.

Can I buy Gudnitz Couture wedding dresses at weddingsbygudnitz.com?

Gudnitz Couture wedding dresses are not sold through the web shop. Please contact Gudnitz Couture by calling + 45 2683 5538 – for more info, please visit www.gudnitz.com

What do I do if my Gudnitz product needs adjusting?

Out products come in the following sizes: Onesize or small, medium, and large. If the product needs adjusting, we recommend Strauss Skrædderi.

How do I clean the clothes?

We recommend dry-cleaning only.
